We value training and mentoring of individuals as these are keys to our future team’s growth and success. In accordance with our Strategic Plan we are investing more resources into our annual budget for individual training and career development.

We maintain a casual, flexible workplace environment and strive to accommodate the needs of our team members and the balance they seek in their lives between family and career.

Beyond the professional expertise members of the GeoDesign have developed over their careers, we are proud of the accomplishments and varied interests we have outside of the office and the balance and sustenance they indirectly add to our work environment. These interests include family, sports, the arts, community, and a variety of hobbies. In our midst (to name a few), are pilots, musicians, sailors, skiers, divers, campers, swimmers, cyclists, home improvement enthusiasts, community volunteers, avid readers, and history buffs.
